Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
